We are situated in beautiful countryside yet only a few miles on the outskirts of Preston. We are close to the Ribble Valley and the Borough of Pendle. 2012 is a very special year for Pendle as they remember the startling events which happened 400 years ago–the trial and execution of the unfortunate souls known as the Pendle Witches.Visit Newchurch for the start of the story and then journey to Lancaster and find out about the trials which took place there.
